JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Review, examine, and process claims in the field as well as write, submit, and follow-up on comprehensive reports from start to finish</li>
<li>Obtain information required to ensure timely and appropriate processing of claims and claim repairs</li>
<li>Provide administrative and claims support, maintain confidential claim files, and responds to inquiries in a timely and professional manner</li>
<li>Extensive research, analyzing, and report compiling, all the while following an exacting SOP</li>
<li>Operate company vehicles in a safe manner and ability to travel long distances, out of state, and over night stay for scheduled assignments</li>
<li>Vendor Operations. Seek out, vet/screen, and onboard 3rd party providers needed to handle services that contribute to our finished product.</li>
<li>Actively and effectively weigh cost of claims/projects vs. intended outcome and make appropriate decisions for how to proceed in the best interests of our company. This effort includes communicating with management, accounting, outside contractors, agents, and others to determine the best course of action</li>
