</b></p></div><div><p>Basic Purpose : The Security Officer is a part of a team responsible for the security and safety measures throughout the Hotel. They will maintain strategic oversight of every aspect of the Hotel's physical security and safety for Guests, Residents, Employees, Assets and Reputation including staffing, budgets, protocols and procedures as well as crisis management. Security Officers will need to be extremely sensitive towards all occupants and workers, anticipating their needs so we can meet our standards. Security Officers will also be sensitive to everybody&rsquo;s needs and at times will act as a facilitator, mediator, and informant to maintain a respectful and friendly relationship between and with all occupants of the Hotel.<br>

</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>Assist the Hotel team with responsibility to ensure the protection of guests, patrons and associates; their property, Hotel property, building and grounds. Enforce Hotel rules, regulations and policies as well as the departments&rsquo; rules, policies and standards. Respond to and mediate all non-emergency security calls, minor injuries, disputes, stressful, and complicated issues etc.

Promotes loss prevention through training and awareness throughout the building to reduce claims.

As a Overnight Security Officer on property, you will be focused on monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to ensure we are providing a safe environment for guests and Team Members. This individual will also look to minimize opportunities for loss or damage.</p><ul><li>
Patrol the property with specified equipment, check all designated points and document all actions taken.</li><li>
Ensure all guest room doors are secured; assist guests and residents with room access.</li><li>
Investigate suspicious persons on property.</li><li>
Conduct designated investigations into theft or lost items, noise complaints, assault complaints, food poisoning complaints, and other guest and resident complaints; complete documented reports.</li><li>
