About the role</b></p><p>
The Painter be responsible for maintaining the appearance and condition of guest rooms, public areas, heart-of-house spaces, and exterior surfaces through high-quality painting and finishing work. This role plays an important part in ensuring the property is well-maintained, visually appealing, and aligned with the organization's standards.</p><p></p><p><b>
What you will do</b></p><ul><li>
Perform painting, finishing, and repair works throughout guest rooms, residences, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and employee accommodations to maintain the property's appearance and standards.</li><li>
Respond promptly to guest, resident, and departmental maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution of painting and cosmetic repair issues.</li><li>
Assist with preventive maintenance programs and inspections to identify, repair, and prevent deterioration of painted surfaces and finishes.</li><li>
Estimate, requisition, and maintain painting materials, tools, and equipment required to complete assigned projects efficiently.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and maintenance activities in accordance with Engineering department procedures.</li><li>
Adhere to all safety, fire, health, hygiene, and environmental regulations while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work area.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
What you bring</b></p><ul><li>
Previous experience as a Painter in a luxury hotel, resort, residential, or commercial environment.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of surface preparation, painting techniques, finishing methods, and maintenance practices.</li><li>
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple work orders, and respond effectively to operational needs.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship and presentation standards.</li><li>
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a guest- and resident-focused approach.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining safety and compliance standards.</li></ul><div><b><br>

 As Ken Fix It you are responsible for the general maintenance work on a daily basis and your role will include key responsibilities such as-

   Repair or replace all types of tiles, floor and wall as and when required
  </li>

   Carry out general repairs to block work walls
  </li>
  <li>
   Carry out plaster repair works to walls
  </li>
  <li>
   Repair and fix damaged shelving and furniture when necessary
  </li>
  <li>
   Carry out general painting works as required
  </li>
  <li>
   Carry out general plumbing, repairs and silicon sealant replacement, etc.
  </li>
  <li>
   Repair and replace broken windows, doors and locks
  </li>
  <li>
   Adhere to Rotana policies and procedures
  </li>

   Report any severe damages to the attention of your Superiors
