To select appropriate paints, coatings, and finishes based on the specific requirements of the hotel. They consider factor such as the type of surface (walls, Ceiling, trim), location (interior or exterior), durability needs, and color preferences. Selection of wooden polishing materials consider factors such as the type of wood, desired appearance (e.g., matt, stain, or glossy), and intended use (e.g., indoor furniture or outdoor decking furniture).</li><li>
Be responsible for matching existing paint colors when touching up or repainting areas to ensure consistency in the hotel&rsquo;s decor. Responsible for painting the building and surrounding area.</li><li>
