You will be responsible for painting bathrooms and residential interiors while maintaining a clean, professional job site and delivering high-quality finishes.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare surfaces by patching, sanding, caulking, and priming.</li><li>Paint walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other interior surfaces.</li><li>Protect floors, fixtures, and furniture before painting.</li><li>Match paint colors and apply smooth, even finishes.</li><li>Perform minor drywall repairs before painting when needed.</li><li>Keep work areas clean and organized.</li><li>Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers.</li><li>Complete projects on schedule while maintaining quality standards.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of residential painting experience preferred.</li><li>Experience with bathroom renovations is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of proper surface preparation and paint application techniques.</li><li>Ability to use brushes, rollers, and paint sprayers.</li><li>Reliable transportation.</li><li>Valid driver's license preferred.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders.</li><li>Authorized to work in the United States.</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Dependable and punctual.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Professional attitude and appearance.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Commitment to producing high-quality work.</li></ul>Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Profit sharing</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Tools provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
