All candidates must be proficient in English, bilingual Spanish speaks are highly encouraged to apply.</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Safely operate forklifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse</li><li>Perform quality checks on all in-bound and out-bound material</li><li>Achieve proficiency on all paperwork regarding all loads and inventory</li><li>Manage inventory movements within the warehouse</li><li>Assist in shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming shipments, inspecting for damages, and preparing items for outbound delivery</li><li>Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards</li><li>Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow, improve safety protocols, and enhance overall materials handling procedures</li><li>Candidates will be required to familiarize themselves and become proficient in identifying various grades of plastic.</li></ul><p><b>Experience</b></p><ul><li>Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment for a minimum of three (3) years.</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Mechanical aptitude for basic equipment repair and troubleshooting minor issues quickly</li><li>Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately loading trucks, inventory counts and measurements</li><li>Prior experience in shipping &amp; receiving processes within a fast-paced warehouse setting is required.</li></ul><p>If you meet the criteria laid out above and feel you would be a good fit for a fast paced and growing team, please apply.</p><p>Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Forklift: 3 years (Required)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
