You will be responsible for building delivery loads with a variety of products onto pallets to fill customer orders in preparation of shipment and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. This work is completed in a fast-paced warehouse environment using powered industrial trucks while adhering to warehouse safety standards at all times.

<b>Responsibilities:</b><br>
<ul>
<li>Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jack and/or hand truck) to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s)</li>
<li>Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery</li>
<li>Stage completed pallets in designated shipping area(s)</li>
<li>Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment</li>
<li>Complete training requirements</li>
<li>Restock product in picking areas as needed</li>
<li>Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events</li>
</ul>
<b>Requirements:</b><br>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma (or GED) required</li>
<li>Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred</li>
<li>Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferred</li>
<li>Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire date</li>
<li>Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision</li>
<li>Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive</li>
