<p><b>Essential Functions:</b></p>
<p><b>Maintain overall maintenance and cleanliness of Park facilities and grounds to insure a positive guest experience. This individual will be responsible for cutting grass with a zero-turn mower or tractor and mower, trimming hedges, weed eating, picking up limbs from grounds, picking up trash from grounds. This person is also responsible for cleaning park restrooms, emptying garbage cans, and sometimes light maintenance such as painting or digging up a water line with hand tools, and landscaping. Candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
</b></p><p><b>EXPERIENCE: You must have at least one-year verifiable work experience, preferably out of doors. Prior experience operating zero turn mowers or tractors is a plus but not required. Must have valid driver license with good record.
