Job Description 
<ul><li>
Prepare the annual Aqua Park budget and ensure revenue and operational costs remain aligned throughout the year.</li><li>
Monitor daily attendance levels and control maximum capacity to ensure safety and guest comfort.</li><li>
Ensure all employees are properly trained in water safety, emergency procedures, guest service, and upselling techniques.</li><li>
Coordinate lifeguard rotations and supervision schedules to guarantee all attractions are continuously monitored.</li><li>
Engage qualified lifeguards, slide attendants, and technical staff, ensuring valid certifications and strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Maintain all Aqua Park areas in a spotless and hygienic condition, including pools, decks, locker rooms, and shower facilities.</li><li>
Ensure strict compliance with Health &amp; Safety, water hygiene standards, and all applicable legal regulations, implementing new legislation as required.</li><li>
Supervise any Food &amp; Beverage outlets within the Aqua Park area and coordinate efficiently with the F&amp;B Department.</li><li>
Ensure all departmental reports, incident logs, water testing records, and correspondence are completed accurately and on time.</li><li>
Implement proper procedures for employee recruitment, training, development, evaluation, and termination.</li><li>
Stay updated on the latest developments in water attractions, safety standards, and Aqua Park equipment, and provide recommendations to management.</li><li>
Organize Aqua Park activities, themed events, and guest entertainment programs incorporating feedback and operational needs.</li><li>
Oversee security procedures, ensuring proper guest registration and controlled access to the facility.</li><li>
Report equipment failures or operational issues promptly to the Maintenance Department and follow up as necessary.</li><li>
Participate in training and development programs as recommended by senior management.</li><li>
Assist the Duty Manager with operational tasks as required.</li><li>
Comply with all reasonable requests made by management.</li><li>
Promote environmental awareness by minimizing resource consumption and supporting sustainability initiatives.</li><li>
Ensure proper waste management to reduce environmental impact and lead staff by example.</li><li>
Ensure chemicals are handled, transported, stored, and used safely in accordance with legal and safety requirements.</li><li>
Carry out responsibilities related to quality management and safety management systems implemented at the facility.</li><li>

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor`s degree</li><li>
Experience: At least 6 years of related work experience</li><li>
Foreign Language: Sufficient level of English and Arabic to communicate effectively with guests and employees.</li><li>

Computer Literacy: MS Office applications.</li><li>

As a Park Assistant Manager, you play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the park, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and efficient experience for visitors. Park Assistant Managers are the contact between guests and Kids Empire. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:<ul><li>
