 The City and County of Denver supports a hybrid workplace model. Employees work where needed, at a job site several days a week and off-site as needed.  Duties for this role include:

   Issuing Requests for Proposals for DPR contract services; moderating pre-proposal conferences and reviewing proposals and financial information submitted; overseeing evaluation parameters; and facilitating the Request for Proposals process
  </li>
  <li>
   Assisting with negotiation of the final terms of contracts; assisting with developing contracts; and executing contracts
  </li>
  <li>
   Liaising with the City Attorney&rsquo;s Office, following prospective contracts throughout the review process, and coordinating actions for breach of contract situations
  </li>
  <li>
   Managing and monitoring contract compliance and renewals, reviewing deliverables, and entering related data into the contract management system.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintaining a tracking system of contract files throughout the term of the contract, and completing reports for management
  </li>
  <li>
   Performing on-site inspections to verify compliance with contracts, and tracking outstanding facility inspection issues
  </li>
  <li>
   Analyzing contracts, responding to inquiries, and providing guidance on contract terms and processes
  </li>

</p><p>Create recreational activity agendas and advertisements using publishing software. Conduct inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment and inform manager of low supply items. Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities. Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility intended for the safety and welfare of guests and members. Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency. Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate in an activity and inform supervisor/manager. Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services. Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies.</p><p><br>
</p><p>Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Anticipate and address guests&rsquo; service needs; assist individuals with disabilities. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. The AFMS, under general supervision, provides direct supervision to crew chiefs and other personnel in various crafts and trades, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, glazing, sheet metal work, painting, gardening, landscape maintenance, electrical work, machine work, small engine repair, welding, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air condition) systems. Personal contact is primarily with inter-departmental employees for coordinating work activities and with vendors for contracted repair work. This position is not represented.</div><div><b><br>
