The role is responsible for the design, negotiation and implementation of Qatar Airways&rsquo; loyalty airline partnerships, ensuring alignment with the wider commercial objectives.</p><p>
At Privilege Club, the Loyalty Airline Partnerships team plays a critical role in expanding the global reach of the loyalty proposition and generating measurable commercial and strategic value for both Qatar Airways and its partner airlines.</p><p>
You will contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of partnerships &ndash; this will include onboarding new partnerships, managing day-to-day partner relationships, internal and external stakeholder management, improving the propositions with existing partners, as well as conducting regular performance evaluation &amp; analysis to maximize partnership value for Privilege Club members, Qatar Airways, and its partners. This role requires close collaboration across a wide range of commercial, operational, and technical functions to ensure partnerships are effectively set up, maintained, and continuously enhanced.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>
Support the development of airline partnerships by designing effective partnership models that create new member benefits, increase earning opportunities, expand redemption options, and drive commercial value.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure partnerships are structured and aligned with Qatar Airways&rsquo; wider alliance strategy and commercial frameworks, including its participation to the oneworld alliance and partnership models such as Joint Business and Codeshare.</p></li><li><p>
Lead and manage day-to-day partner relationships by ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues, continuous proposition enhancements, and regular performance reviews.</p></li><li><p>
Facilitate the onboarding of new partnerships, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders to support contract finalization, technical and operational setup, and go-live readiness.</p></li><li><p>
Coordinate with internal business and technology teams, as well as partner counterparts, to ensure smooth and timely implementation aligned with business priorities.</p></li><li><p>
Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, identify opportunities to optimize commercial outcomes, member engagement, and overall partner contribution.</p></li><li><p>
Support delivery of partnership-related KPIs, including revenue contribution, member engagement, and redemption activity.</p></li><li><p>
Regularly assess member proposition, pricing structures, and competitive benchmarks to ensure the programme remains compelling and aligned with market standards.</p></li><li><p>
Support the review and implementation of commercial, contractual, and operational terms, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with agreed partnership frameworks.</p></li><li><p>
Drive awareness and engagement of airline partnerships through joint campaigns, promotions, and partner-led initiatives to drive acquisition and engagement.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain accurate and structured documentation of partnership processes, deliverables, and key decisions to ensure transparency and operational efficiency.</p></li><li><p>
