We are looking for a strategic, well-connected Strategic Partnerships Manager to support our efforts to scale Prosecutor-Initiated Resentencing in the states where it is law &ndash; CA, MN, IL, OR, WA, and UT. Under the direction of the Director of Strategic Partnerships, and in collaboration with the Chief Strategy Officer, this role is focused on identifying and developing partnerships with prosecutors&rsquo; offices that are interested in using PIR to review cases under their jurisdiction. The work will also include cultivating an ecosystem of support among essential stakeholders, including corrections, defense attorneys, judges, and reentry organizations. <i>Please note that this is a full-time position that we anticipate will last no more than one year.</i></p>
<p>
This position will be focused on a territory that will include Minnesota, Illinois, and Utah, with the potential for other states as well. For this reason, candidates who have worked in or still work in these states will be prioritized.</p>
<p>
The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with deep relationships in the criminal justice landscape&mdash;ideally a former prosecutor or someone who has worked closely with prosecutors in their career and maintains relationships with prosecutor offices. We are looking for someone who can help navigate local relationships and establish FTP as the premier technical assistance provider for resentencing in their assigned territory.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<p>
Strategic Planning (40%)</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop a targeted outreach strategy and workplan to identify and prioritize outreach to prosecutors offices in the assigned territory. The goal would be to negotiate and execute MOUs/SOWs between FTP and the prosecutors office that would allow us to expand and support their PIR work.</li>
<li>Conduct power-mapping of the legal landscape in the territory to identify champions and potential barriers within specific jurisdictions.</li>
<li>In partnership with the Director of Strategic Partnerships, create a localized &quot;onboarding roadmap&quot; that aligns FTP&rsquo;s national model with state-specific considerations.</li>
</ul>
<p>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Lead Generation (30%)</p>
<ul>
<li>Along with the Director of Strategic Partnership, serve as the liaison between FTP and diverse justice stakeholders, including prosecutors, the judiciary, defense bar, and community-based reentry providers.</li>
<li>Facilitate high-level introductions between FTP leadership and elected prosecutors to build trust and secure programmatic commitments.</li>
<li>Deepen FTP&rsquo;s understanding of the reentry landscape in the state, including connecting with reentry providers to streamline reentry services made available for resentenced individuals.</li>
<li>Negotiate MOU/SOWs and onboard prosecutor offices to work with FTP&rsquo;s legal team.</li>
<li>Advise FTP leadership of strategy for identifying viable cases for resentencing, through analyzing prison data and addressing inequities in resentencing and building relationships with advocates in the state to better understand the sentencing landscape.</li>
</ul>
<p>Meetings &amp; Events Coordination (20%)</p>
<ul>
<li>Organize and lead informational briefings, webinars, roundtable discussions for elected prosecutors and their senior staff, as well as other stakeholders.</li>
<li>Serve as lead coordinator of prison visits for prosecutors and other additional stakeholders.</li>
<li>Represent FTP at local criminal justice conferences, bar association or other legal/political events to raise the profile of PIR.</li>
</ul>
<p>Technical Assistance &amp; Program Integration (10%)</p>
<ul>
<li>Position FTP as a vital resource for technical assistance, advising offices on criteria, workflow design, and data integration.</li>
<li>Review laws and understand structure of supervised release to advise Legal Team&rsquo;s approach and protocols to resentencing of the supervised release population.</li>
<li>Review and edit existing pitch materials, including marketing flyers, strategy documents and PowerPoint presentations to tailor them to specific geographic territories.</li></ul><br>

<p><b>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>5-7+ years of experience in the criminal justice system (e.g., former prosecutor, defense attorney, or policy expert) with a strong existing network of relationships with local criminal justice stakeholders, with an emphasis on prosecutorial experience and networks.</li>
<li><b>Candidates with experience working in the criminal justice field in Minnesota, Illinois, or Utah required.
</b></li><li>Ability to think creatively and outside the box when persuading prosecutors and other system stakeholders to invest in second look pathways.</li>

You won't just manage relationships; you will design and lead the global strategy for Soft Brands, Consortia, and the Consultant ecosystem. Sitting at the high-level nexus of Sales, Product, and Marketing, you will build a sophisticated, scalable infrastructure that transforms Plusgrade from a tool into a &quot;must-have&quot; standard across the world&rsquo;s most influential hospitality collections.</div><br>

Reporting to the VP of Strategic Partnerships and Alliances, you will:</p>
<ul><li>Ecosystem Architecture: Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for the Soft Brands and Consultant category, identifying untapped market segments and high-leverage entry points.</li><li>Global Alliance Management: Act as the lead strategic negotiator for &quot;Big Rock&quot; partnerships, navigating complex legal and commercial frameworks with global C-suite stakeholders.</li><li>Programmatic Innovation: Design and institutionalize scalable lead-generation playbooks, certification programs, and &quot;Plusgrade-Certified&quot; consultant frameworks that function autonomously.</li><li>Executive Influence: Act as a key advisor to the Executive team, providing market intelligence that shapes Plusgrade&rsquo;s global GTM strategy and product evolution.</li><li>Cross-Functional Synergy: Lead high-impact, cross-departmental squads (Product, Marketing, Sales) to ensure the partner voice is integrated into the core product value proposition.</li><li>Market Evangelism: Represent Plusgrade as a thought leader at global industry events and within exclusive consortia, driving brand authority at the highest levels of the industry.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Contribution to Pipeline and ARR: Percentage of total company revenue sourced or influenced by the Soft Brand/Consultant ecosystem.</li><li>Ecosystem Velocity: Reduction in sales cycle length for leads coming through certified consultant channels.</li><li>Market Penetration: Year-over-year growth of Plusgrade&rsquo;s &quot;preferred vendor&quot; status within Tier-1 global soft brands.</li><li>Partner Lifetime Value: Growth in active, recurring referral volume from the top 20% of the partner portfolio.</li></ul></div>

YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:</b></p>
<ul><li>5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Partnerships, Strategic Business Development, or Management Consulting (specifically within Hotel Tech or Global Hospitality).</li><li>Deep, existing network within global soft brands (e.g., LHW, Preferred, Design Hotels) and Tier-1 hospitality consulting firms.</li><li>A proven track record of closing complex, multi-year partnership agreements with significant revenue impact.</li><li>The ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable, data-driven partner programs.</li><li>Exceptional executive presence; ability to command a room and influence stakeholders who may have competing priorities.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM architecture (Salesforce/HubSpot) to build sophisticated partner attribution and reporting models.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.</li></ul></div><br>
