 Key Responsibilities

 Attend customers at the counter and understand spare parts requirements.

 Identify and sell generator and truck spare parts accurately.

 Prepare invoices and handle cash/credit sales.

JOB SUMMARY:</div><div>
The Parts Specialist Counter will be responsible for excellent customer service. Extending optimal customer care and concern is a priority. This position will require completing tasks at the parts counter, including receiving parts calls, greeting and assisting walk-in customers, processing all paperwork accurately, and handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions. They will be expected to perform all related warehouse duties, including accurate counting, receiving and shipping of parts, receiving stock, accounting for warranty items, and building hoses. This person is expected to perform all necessary tasks related to contamination control and to prioritize safety strongly.</div><div>

Knowledge and experience with CAT heavy equipment and diesel engine parts are preferred.</li></ul><div>
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</div><div>
