POSITION SUMMARY 
We are seeking a creative and skilled Pastry Artist to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and dessert presentation, with the ability to craft visually stunning and delicious pastries, cakes, and confections. You will be responsible for designing, preparing, and decorating a variety of baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and creativity.
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model.
