We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef specializing in croissants to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in preparing high-quality laminated dough and producing a variety of croissants with consistent taste, texture, and presentation. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for maintaining product quality, managing pastry preparation, and ensuring all baked goods meet the company&rsquo;s standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and bake a variety of croissants including classic butter croissants, filled croissants, and specialty variations.</li><li>Master the process of laminated dough preparation, including mixing, folding, resting, and shaping.</li><li>Ensure consistent quality, taste, and appearance of all pastry products.</li><li>Monitor baking times, temperatures, and ingredient quality to achieve perfect croissant texture and layers.</li><li>Develop new croissant flavors and pastry menu items when required.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen in accordance with food safety standards.</li><li>Manage pastry ingredient inventory and ensure proper storage of raw materials.</li><li>Train and supervise junior pastry staff or assistants when necessary.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations at all times.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Croissant Specialist in a bakery, caf&eacute;, hotel, or restaurant.</li><li>Strong knowledge of laminated dough techniques and croissant production.</li><li>Ability to produce large batches while maintaining quality and consistency.</li><li>Knowledge of baking equipment and pastry kitchen operations.</li><li>Creativity in developing new pastry products.</li><li>Good time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Culinary or pastry certification is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
