Is responsible for development and maintenance of payor requirements, including creating &quot;cheat sheets&quot; and training manuals that support Patient Access team successful processes.<br>

<li>Schedule time with manager for one on ones at least once a quarter</li>
<li>Approve all time cards by Friday at 5pm</li>
<li>Run all required reports for scorecards</li>
<li>Communicate with the designated department manager or leads to bridge any gaps in communication</li>
<li>Provides leadership and support in problem solving within and outside of the patient access department</li>
<li>Demonstrates the ability to make decisions and delegate responsibility in order to assure high quality performance and efficiency within your team.</li>
<li>Conduct/attend weekly patient access level 10, have scorecard updated every week and review at your Level 10 meetings.</li>
<li>Travel to various locations to oversee operational processes and ensure consistency across sites.</li>
<li>Provide on-site support and oversight to ensure compliance with company procedures.</li>
<li>Assist in managing and improving processes at multiple locations through periodic travel.</li>

<li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required</li>
<li>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business or related field preferred</li>

<li>Knowledge of medical terminology</li>
