POSITION SUMMARY:</div><div>
Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse or Department leader, the Patient Care Support Technician (PCST) will provide patient handling (lift/turn/transfer) assistance in designated departments at Enloe Medical Center. The PCST will provide patient transport at the Esplanade site to/from/between units, testing areas, ED and/or Surgery as assigned. The PCST will be proficient in the use of Enloe Medical Center patient handling equipment and will work alone, with other hospital personnel to perform scheduled and non-scheduled patient lifts, turns, transports, and transfers. The PCST will assist in patient handling/transport equipment management, including cleaning and ensuring the equipment is available and in proper working order for use. The PCST will provide instruction on use of the patient handling equipment to general nursing staff as appropriate. The duties of the PCST will be carried out in a customer service-oriented fashion; recognizing their important contribution to patient satisfaction.</div><div></div><div>

Will work with other staff and must respond to frequent calls in a timely manner. Must be able to train staff in the use of patient handling equipment. Job Summary</b></p><p>
Community Clinic is seeking an experienced Nurse or Medical Assistant to hire as the Clinical Team Lead for the clinical team at our Primary &amp; Specialty Clinic in Rogers, AR. The Clinical Team Lead is the Practice Manager&rsquo;s right hand and will lead the day-to-day activities of the patient care support team consisting of Nurses and Medical Assistants. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, outpatient clinical experience, and a passion for providing access to health care to everyone in our community! This position is Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Bilingual speaking ability of Spanish &amp; English is preferred.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Assists the Practice Manager to ensure efficient patient flow and high quality staff performance.</li><li>
Assumes responsibility of the clinic in the Practice Manager&rsquo;s absence, in conjunction with the DON.</li><li>
Leads the team on a daily basis, by providing a model of positive, compassionate care for our patients and support to our staff.</li><li>
Demonstrates exceptional customer service while interacting with providers, patients and coworkers.</li><li>
Ensures adequate staff coverage for absences and helps develop work assignments. Include proactive development of staffing plan as well as the ability to flex coverage daily depended on practice need.</li><li>
Provides direct clinical support to the providers as needed.</li><li>
Trains, mentors and completes staff competency evaluations for both new and existing clinical staff.</li><li>
Assists in the supervision of clinical staff and gives input for performance reviews and corrective action plans as needed.</li><li>
Assists in coordination of inventory and ordering medical supplies, as required.</li><li>
Adheres to applicable regulatory guidelines and laws, including but not limited to HIPAA/HITECH, CLIA, HRSA, NCQA PCMH and OSHA.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred</li><li>
