As a </b><b>Channel Partner</b><b> Success Manager, you will:</b></h3><ul><li>
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with TCP&rsquo;s strategic partners, resellers, and system integrators.
</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for partner engagement, enablement, and performance management.
</li><li>Conduct regular business reviews and joint success planning sessions to ensure partners achieve desired outcomes and growth targets.
</li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support partners in expanding TCP&rsquo;s reach and product adoption.
</li><li>Monitor partner performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute growth strategies.
</li><li>Drive partner onboarding, training, and certification initiatives to ensure partners are equipped to sell, implement, and support TCP solutions effectively.
</li><li>Assist in resolving partner issues by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
</li><li>Support renewal and upsell opportunities through close collaboration with internal Account Executives and the partner&rsquo;s customer-facing teams.
</li><li>Maintain accurate and updated partner records, engagement activities, and forecasts in Salesforce.</li></ul><p><b>
Requirements</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (IT or SaaS background preferred).
</li><li>4+ years of experience in Partner Success, Channel Account Management, or Strategic Alliances within the SaaS industry.
</li><li>Proven ability to manage partner relationships across the entire lifecycle &mdash; from onboarding to growth and retention.
</li><li>Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding partner growth and engagement goals.
</li><li>Strong business acumen and the ability to translate partner needs into actionable growth strategies.
</li><li>Experience conducting partner enablement sessions, QBRs, and joint business planning.
</li><li>Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
</li><li>Experience using Salesforce.com, MS PowerPoint, and Excel to manage partner pipelines and report performance.
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Bonus points if your background includes the following:</b></h3><ul><li>
Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM), Workforce Management, or similar SaaS solutions.
</li><li>Previous work with system integrators, value-added resellers (VARs), or managed service providers (MSPs).
</li><li>Experience collaborating with Technical Account Managers or Solution Engineers.
</li><li>Ability to work across Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zones.
</li><li>Experience working with a globally dispersed Partner or Channel team.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Physical Requirements:</b></h3><ul><li>
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
