About the Role
We&rsquo;re looking for a Clinical Screening Coordinator to lead research-related recruitment initiatives and ensure the enrollment of high-quality patients in accordance with Centricity Research recruitment guidelines. In this role, you&rsquo;ll also screen patients for participation in clinical research studies with a solid understanding of study protocols, including inclusion/exclusion criteria, relevant medications, and medical conditions. 
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Work on enrollment and retention initiatives with the Site Manager</li><li>
Problem solve and create contingency plans to optimize enrollment via recruitment initiatives</li><li>
Obtain and maintain computerized database of all ad callers</li><li>
Return all phone calls/email responses to interested patients within 24 - 48 hours</li><li>
Accurately complete recruitment tracking log and all applicable clinical trial management systems</li><li>
Identify appropriate study candidacy based on knowledge of sites&rsquo; recruiting and upcoming studies</li><li>
Complete database query reviews for study candidacy and conduct outbound calls for study interest</li><li>

 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical positions within the Facility Management and Engineering Services industry. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and recruitment coordination skills with hands-on experience using recruitment portals and ERP systems. The role requires close coordination with department heads, recruitment agencies, and HR teams to ensure timely and quality hiring.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Mandatory Requirements &amp; Qualification
 
 :

 Experience:
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 6&ndash;7 years of core recruitment experience in Facility Management, Maintenance, Engineering, or Facility Services industries
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Education:
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Technical Skills:
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri Gulf, Naukri India, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using ERP systems and HR recruitment modules
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
 </li>
 </ul>

 <li>
 Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical positions
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience dealing with Arab Management and recruiting Arab candidates
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience managing recruitment agencies and stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and candidate profiles
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and update job descriptions to ensure role clarity and market alignment
 </li>
 <li>
 Publish job advertisements across appropriate recruitment platforms and channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with recruitment agencies and monitor candidate quality and agency performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview scheduling
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect interview feedback and support hiring managers in final selection processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate offer management, candidate communication, and onboarding handover
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain recruitment reports, KPI tracking, and recruitment documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies, procedures, and approval processes
 </li>
