What qualifications you will need:</b></h6><p>
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION: &bull; Certification in Patient Safety (CPPS) required; If not already CPPS, must obtain certification within 12 months of hire. o Maintain CPPS while in role &bull; BERT (Behavioral Emergency Response Training) required within 6 months of hire.</p><p></p><p>
EDUCATION : &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Healthcare related field required. Master&rsquo;s Degree preferred.</p><p></p><p>

</div><div><ul><li>Perform the duties necessary to support and achieve risk management and patient safety needs and standards and ensure that the facility is in compliance with all government and local laws and accreditation standards</li><li>
Follow all hospital policies and procedures and perform other assigned tasks and duties</li><li>
Report potential new risksafety themes and opportunities from events analysis</li><li>
Document monitor and analyze patient safety events and put an action plan to prevent reoccurrence</li><li>
Manage the event reporting process as designed within the hospital Ensure all reported events are analyzed reviewed corrected and actioned</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Minimum Education Required</b></h2>
</div><div>Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, nursing, or any healthcare science/ allied health.</div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Professional Certifications Required</b></h2>
</div><div>Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) / or any other quality related certifications.</div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Years of Experience</b></h2>
</div><div>Up to 2 years' clinical working experience within an accredited healthcare facility.</div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
