ABOUT THE CALL CENTER SCHEDULER

Upperline Health is looking for a professional and engaging Call Center Scheduler to answer a high volume of incoming phone calls and schedule new &amp; existing appointments for all Upperline Health clinic locations.

This position is remote based and available to candidates located in Alabama. 


WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO

<li>Answer, orient, and greet patients over the phone in an enthusiastic manner - 100% of work time spent is answering calls and scheduling appointments</li>
<li>Determine appropriate clinic location and schedule patients into Vision system accordingly</li>
<li>Obtain required demographic, insurance, and eligibility information and accurately document in Vision system to ensure proper filing of claims</li>
<li>Verify if the patient&rsquo;s insurance requires a pre-certification and begin the referral process</li>
<li>Maintain professional working relationship with all contacts, both internal and external</li>
<li>Provide timely responses to all verbal and written inquiries regarding patient accounts</li>
<li>Respond to voicemails and online requests within 1 hour of the patients&rsquo; messages</li>

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CALL CENTER SCHEDULER
