<h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Patient Transportation &amp; Safety</b></h5>
<ul><li><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, group sessions, recreational activities, and discharge destinations.</b></h5>
</li><li><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Ensure patients are transported punctually and in accordance with scheduled programming.</b></h5>
</li><li><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Maintain patient safety, confidentiality, and professionalism during all transports.</b></h5>
</li><li><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Provide reassurance and appropriate support to patients during transport, maintaining professional boundaries.</b></h5>
</li></ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Vehicle &amp; Operational Responsibilities</b></h5>
<ul><li><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic laws, insurance requirements, and organizational policies.</b></h5>
</li><li><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with required supplies.</b></h5>
</li><li><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Report vehicle maintenance needs, incidents, or safety concerns promptly.</b></h5>
</li><li><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Follow all safety, emergency, and infection control protocols during transport.</b></h5>
</li></ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Communication &amp; Team Collaboration</b></h5>
<ul><li><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Communicate effectively with clinical, nursing, and operations staff to coordinate patient schedules and transportation needs.</b></h5>
</li><li><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Report patient concerns, incidents, or behavioral observations to appropriate staff.</b></h5>
</li><li><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Support facility operations as needed to promote continuity of care and patient safety.</b></h5>
</li></ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h5>
<h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required:</b></h5>
<ul><li><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record for the past three (3) years.</b></h5>
</li><li><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Minimum age of 21 to meet motor vehicle insurance requirements.</b></h5>
</li><li><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Ability to operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.</b></h5>
</li></ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Preferred:</b></h5>
<ul><li><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or substance use treatment setting.</b></h5>
</li><li><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Knowledge of patient safety, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.</b></h5>
</li><li><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>CPR and/or First Aid certification.</b></h5>
</li></ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Physical &amp; Environmental Requirements</b></h5>
<ul><li><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Ability to sit for extended periods while driving.</b></h5>
</li><li><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Ability to assist patients in and out of vehicles when necessary.</b></h5>
</li><li><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Work in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment.</b></h5>
</li><li><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Potential exposure to high-stress situations and behavioral health symptoms.</b></h5>
