What You'll Do:</b></p><ul><li>
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location.</li><li>
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.</li><li>
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.</li><li>
Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, assisting with access control procedures and directing foot traffic and/or vehicle traffic as needed.</li><li>
Communicate with site contacts, staff, and first responders when appropriate, providing clear information and support during routine operations and/or emergency situations.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Minimum Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Be at least 21 years of age.</li><li>
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.</li><li>
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li><li>
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li><li>
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.</li><li>
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.</li><li>
