Position Overview</b></p><p>
We are seeking professional, physically capable Bike Patrol Security Officers to support a high-profile client in Los Angeles. This position involves active perimeter patrol of a city block, proactive observation, detailed reporting, and professional interaction with the public and client staff.</p><p></p><p><br>
This is a high-visibility and physically demanding post requiring extended periods of bicycle patrol, situational awareness, and excellent customer service skills.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
 Conduct continuous bicycle patrols around a designated city block to maintain a visible security presence</li><li>
Monitor, document, and report loitering, transient activity, and security concerns that may impact client operations or staff safety</li><li>
 Identify and report safety hazards, suspicious behavior, and policy violations</li><li>
Prepare clear, accurate, and complete written reports using full sentences and professional language</li><li>
Maintain positive, respectful, and professional interactions with the public and client personnel</li><li>
Serve as a deterrent through presence, posture, and professional conduct</li><li>
Coordinate with supervisors and follow established post orders and procedures</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Physical Requirements</b></p><ul><li>
Ability to ride a bicycle for extended periods throughout the shift</li><li>

What You'll Do:</b>
</p><ul><li>Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a transportation location.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents, service requests, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details per post orders.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, loading and staging areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.</li>
<li>Monitor access points and vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow as assigned, verifying authorization where required and reporting irregular activity to site leadership and/or appropriate authorities.</li>
<li>Complete routine reports such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity summaries, and communicate observations and handoffs to oncoming personnel.</li></ul><p><b>
Minimum Requirements:</b>
</p><ul><li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li>
<li>Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.</li>
<li>Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.</li>
