The ability to deal professionally, courteously, and efficiently with clients and employees who have questions or problems is essential</p>

Must maintain a consistent and positive customer service image when interacting with clients and employees and resolve service problems</p>

Must have strong technical skills and be able to learn new software quickly, as well as assist clients with the software</p>
<p>
Must be organized as well as be able to work independently. It is important that this role be able to set schedules for themselves and ensure that the work is completed on time.</p><br>

PHYSICAL DEMANDS</b></p>

While performing the duties of this job, you will be regularly required to see, talk and hear.</p>

Will frequently be required to stand, walk, sit; use hands to handle, feel, reach with hands and arms; and stoop or kneel.</p>

Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.</p>

At times, could require more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position.</p>

Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding).</p>

Customer service experience required.<br>
