About The Role</h1>
The Team: The Lead Physical Therapist, Satellite Clinic is a leader of the Patient Care team at their satellite, the team at the heart of day to day patient care. At Origin, the Patient Care team is supported by all other teams (think of Patient Care being at the heart of what we do) and supports patients through their healing experience at Origin from start to finish. 
The Role: Specifically, the Lead Physical Therapist, Satellite Clinic is responsible for efforts to grow the overall patient caseload of their satellite in partnership with the Clinical Director, Satellites, Talent Acquisition and Brand &amp; Growth teams. They support Physical Therapists in their satellite and work cross functionally with the Patient Services team to ensure a high touch, high quality patient experience end-to-end.

<div>Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy position working in an outpatient clinic in close collaboration with Uro-gynecology providers. Services are primarily focused on Women&rsquo;s Health / Pelvic Floor issues however also serve men with pelvic floor pain and dysfunction. UNMH is New Mexico&rsquo;s only Level 1 trauma center and the state&rsquo;s premier teaching hospital. Members of the Women&rsquo;s Health P.T. team often collaborate with the providers to present continuing education programs and frequently participate in Uro-gynecology fellows&rsquo; interviews and research. Educational opportunities abound. Many of our therapists also teach in the UNM Physical Therapy program. Experience preferred however, new grads are welcome and, if selected, will be supported with a strong mentorship program.

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Our therapy team is expected to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care to diverse patient populations. You must have expertise in pelvic floor therapy, chronic pain &amp; illness management, and orthopedic/sports medicine. Pay is based on experience with and ability to immediately treat a complex patient population.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to each patient&rsquo;s needs.</li><li>Experience working with diverse patient populations with pelvic floor dysfunction, chronic pain, chronic illness, and orthopedic/sports medicine pathologies.</li><li>Strong knowledge of arthrokinematics, proprioception, kinesthesia, and multi-system physiology and anatomy.</li><li>Showcase excellent critical thinking and functional analysis to ensure quality assessments each visit in regards to alignment, soft tissue imbalances, and biomechanics.</li><li>Proficiency in the interconnections of the fascia system and various treatment techniques such as myofascia release, visceral manipulation, nerve clearance techniques, craniosacral techniques, ets.</li><li>Provide hands-on therapy interventions with complimentary corrective exercises and activities to address biomechanical compensations.</li><li>Monitor patient progress and document responses to treatments accurately in medical records.</li><li>Support discharge planning by educating patients and caregivers on exercises, safety measures, and ongoing care strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.</li></ul>Pay: $29.00 - $33.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your experience with manual therapy and fascia release techniques?</li><li>Are you certified to treat pelvic floor dysfunction (external &amp; internal techniques)?</li><li>Are you accustomed to treating chronically ill patients (i.e. autoimmune diseases, HSD, cancer, scoliosis, etc.)?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
