What You&rsquo;ll Bring:</b></div><ul><li>
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles within People Operations or HR</li><li>
5+ years of experience leading HR teams across multiple functional disciplines</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree (required) and SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred</li><li>
Proficiency with HRIS/ATS platforms BI and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in a fast paced, multi-site environment</li><li>
Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR operational best practices</li><li>
Experience leading organizational change, workforce planning, and people strategy</li><li>
Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and influence business outcomes</li><li>
Strong track record of building high-performing teams and driving transformation</li><li>
