The ideal candidate must be a BS Accounting &amp; Finance/ ACCA qualified with 3-5 years of relevant experience on data analysis.</p><p>Additional Requirement Hands on Experience on Power BI.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>Monitor &amp; analyse service KPIs across the dealer network to identify performance gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement at a national level.</p><p>Improve customer retention &amp; revisit rates by leveraging data insights to drive targeted initiatives and enhance service experience.</p><p>Create dealer dashboards and management reports weekly, monthly, quarterly to support performance reviews and strategic decision-making. Manage and control the annual service budget, track expenditures, and provide timely financial provisions and variance analysis.</p><p>Coordinate Kaizen and process improvement initiatives with internal teams and top stakeholders, backed by performance data.</p><p>Support business growth through predictive analysis, bench marking, and digital reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction</p><p>Analysing historical sales data to generate precise sales forecasts.</p><p>Supporting business expansion through insightful financial reporting.</p><p>Guiding data-driven decisions with solid business acumen and market comprehension.</p><p>Engaging with stakeholders through efficient communication and strategic planning.</p><p>Location: Port Qasim- Karachi, Gender: Male /Female.
