Bachelor&rsquo;s degree may substitute for experience.Ability to multitask, paying close attention to detail and coordinating various activities simultaneously under tight schedule; ability to proofread typed material for grammatical, typographical or spelling errors; strong communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to manage others as needed; proficient computer skills (strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and internet applications; ability to work overtime, as needed, to meet deadlines; ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment; ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.PREFERRED:One year of experience working in a law firm with heavy volume is preferred.WORKING CONDITIONS:PHYSICAL EFFORT: Lifting up to 20 pounds; prolonged sitting, some stretching and reaching.WORK ENVIRONMENT: Indoor office environment with extended periods of time working on a PC.
