 About the Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet
 
 Executive Assistant
 
 to support our General Manager in all daily operations. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage complex schedules, and coordination between our &Idot;stanbul headquarters and other locations. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with senior-level stakeholders.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What you'll be doing?

 Manage and optimize the General Manager&rsquo;s daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.

 Coordinate communication and workflows between the GM, department managers, and the production teams in both &Idot;stanbul and K&uuml;tahya.

 Organize and prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-up materials.

 About the Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a Remote Customer Acquisition Manager and Assistant Manager to lead and optimize the remote customer acquisition processes. This position will coordinate closely with the IT team, manage compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborate with the Fraud, Compliance, and Legal teams. The role also includes overseeing the end-to-end process, ensuring seamless integration, and managing all aspects of business development activities.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 General Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 5 years of experience in banking, finance, digital marketing, or business development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in remote customer acquisition, digital marketing, or process optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in coordinating with IT teams for process integration and digital tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of compliance, fraud prevention, and regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical skills, capable of making data-driven decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
 </li>

 Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and deliver results.

 Leadership capabilities with experience in managing and guiding teams.

 before full deployment, identifying technical issues and collaborating with IT for timely resolution.

 Design and oversee end-to-end customer acquisition journeys
 
 , focusing on streamlining the process through digital solutions, ensuring smooth transitions between various stages.

 Collect and analyze customer feedback
 
 to continuously improve processes and strategies, identifying technical enhancements that can improve user experience and conversion rates.

 Gather and prioritize technical development requests
 
 for the bank&rsquo;s digital branch, collaborating with IT teams to implement and deliver digital solutions that enhance user experience and improve service efficiency.

 Manage team performance
