Brief Overview: 
Manages day-to-day execution of predefined and ad hoc engagements for pharmaceutical manufacturer clients. Serves as primary contact for delivery coordination and ensures high-quality, on-time execution aligned with product standards. 
Primary Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manages engagement timelines, deliverables, and client communications</li><li>
Translates product specifications into client-ready outputs and presentations.</li><li>
Coordinates cross-functional contributors across analytics, product, and operation</li><li>
Tracks engagement performance metrics and proactively mitigates risks</li><li>
Ensures adherence to defined scope and delivery standards</li><li>
Identifies process improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency</li><li>
Supports revenue growth through identification of additional client needs</li><li>
Provides guidance to Business Analysts to ensure analytical rigor and quality control</li></ul> 
Education<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree required.(Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics)</li><li>
Master's Degree preferred (MBA, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics)</li></ul> 
Prior Relevant Work Experience<ul><li>
6-8 years of experience in consulting, pharma services, data delivery, or client engagement leadership</li><li>
Experience managing external client relationships required</li></ul>
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$106,605.00 - $260,590.00 
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company&rsquo;s equity award program.
