<div>Responsible for welcoming and greeting patients/customers as they enter the pharmacy.
&bull; Dispensing must be performed accurately in an orderly manner in the correct dosage &amp; quantity as prescribed by the physician with clear instructions and in a package that maintains the potency of the medicine.
&bull; Assign, delegate and work closely with pharmacy staff. Facilitate, induct, train &amp; develop staff on their job and evaluate them periodically. Encourage effective teamwork.
&bull; Ensure every patient walk&rsquo;s in has been taken care and nobody is left unattended and unsatisfied.
&bull; Each member of staff will be responsible for maintenance of medicine and general products on the rack and ensure locating the correct medicine from the rack as per prescription, maintain inventory and make sure it is handled properly. Under no circumstances lying of medicine on pharmacy floor would be entertained. Strict action would be taken against any pharmacy violating this procedure.
&bull; Responsible for handling phone calls in the pharmacy and providing information to customer queries.
&bull; Implement and Improve Quality SOP&rsquo;s in the pharmacy as per MOH guidelines and work closely with Quality Manager.
&bull; Ensure the pharmacy is MOH compliant and all the documentation is regularly updated and kept in the pharmacy. &bull; Participate in monthly review meeting.
Liquidation
 &bull; Responsible for the Liquidation of pharmacy stock.
&bull; Ensure to have a proper plan to liquidate product with short shelf life to avoid non-moving and expiry issues.
&bull; Give priority to non-moving stock for OTC.
&bull; Periodically visit our doctors and understand their requirements &amp; ensure the availability of medicines in the pharmacy.</div>

Objective/Purpose of Job:
Responsible for promoting medical products and services to healthcare professionals in an assigned region. Responsible for the development, growth, and maintenance of sales in a specific territory, for specific accounts related to the Pharma portfolio. Has a defined sales target to achieve and operates within the established policy guidelines.
Key activities/ Responsibilities:

<li>Plan and implement the activities that are necessary for the realization of the individual territory target.</li>
<li>Meet sales target in own territory.</li>
<li>Continuously plan and monitor on a quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily basis.</li>
<li>Implement effectively and monitor the outcomes of all the planned promotional activities, providing feedback on strategy.</li>
<li>Call on and service targeted customers within the allocated territory across all disciplines, i.e. Specialists ( Ophthalmologists , General Practitioners, Pharmacists, etc).</li>
<li>Detail targeted customers and utilize selling skills that has maximum potential/positive effect on sales.</li>
<li>Responsible for activities in pharmacy, including monitoring of stock-levels, shelf presence and orders.</li>
<li>Maintain and develop important customers and/or Key Opinion Leaders by keeping open channels of communication, in which the company and its products are well presented, and the good relationship is leveraged to drive sales in the territory.</li>
<li>Effectively utilize allocated marketing spend to access, support and grow key customers in the individual territory.</li>
