<p>Job: Clinical Analyst / Business Analyst</p><p><b>Team:</b> Project Implementation</p><p><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></p><ul><li>Showcase the system through demos and guide users step-by-step.</li><li>Understand how hospitals and clinics operate, then convert those needs into system requirements.</li><li>Improve workflows by aligning processes with system capabilities (BPR &amp; BPA).</li><li>Support documentation like requirement specs, workflows, and process maps.</li><li>Work closely with the implementation team to deliver projects successfully.</li><li>Set up and customize the system (users, forms, nursing notes, checklists, charts, etc.).</li><li>Assist clients in preparing and uploading data accurately into the system.</li><li>Test new features and ensure everything works as expected before release.</li><li>Create simple, easy-to-follow user manuals and training materials.</li><li>Train users and ensure they are confident using the system.</li><li>Plan and execute testing phases (FAT &amp; UAT) with stakeholders.</li><li>Support clients during go-live and help them adapt smoothly.</li><li>Continuously gather feedback and suggest system improvements.</li></ul><p><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></p><ul><li>A degree in IT, Computer Science, or any healthcare-related field (Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine, etc.).</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in healthcare systems or hospital environments.</li><li>Solid understanding of clinical workflows and operations.</li><li>Experience with systems like HIS, PMS, LIS, or similar platforms.</li><li>Ability to turn real-world clinical needs into clear documentation.</li><li>Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.</li><li>Good communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients.</li></ul><p><b>Nice to Have</b></p><ul><li>Familiarity with Agile or Scrum ways of working.</li><li>Experience using tools like Jira or Confluence.</li><li>Basic knowledge of integrations and APIs.</li><li>Understanding of medical coding standards (ICD, CPT, SNOMED).</li></ul><p><b>Who You Are</b></p><ul><li>Detail-oriented and analytical</li><li>Comfortable working with both technical teams and healthcare professionals</li><li>A team player who can collaborate across functions</li><li>Adaptable and able to handle fast-moving projects</li><li>Passionate about improving healthcare through technology</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
