Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Perform medication regimen reviews of institutional clients in assigned facilities in accordance with applicable state and federal requirements.</li><li>

Qualifications:</p><ul><li>

Current registration and licensure in good standing as a Pharmacist in Kentucky and is willing to become licensed in Ohio and Michigan.</li></ul><p>
