The Associate, Video &amp; Photography is responsible for creating compelling video and photo content that brings the Girl Scout brand and story to life across digital and print channels. This role supports the development of engaging, high-quality visual assets aligned with brand standards and tailored to diverse audiences, including youth and caregivers.</div><div></div><div><br>
The Associate contributes across the full production lifecycle, including shooting, editing, and supporting pre- and post-production activities. This role requires strong storytelling ability, technical expertise in video and photo production, and the ability to collaborate effectively across creative and business teams to translate ideas into impactful content.</div>

</b></h2><div><div><div><ul><li>Capture, edit, and produce video and photo content for digital, social, and print channels</li><li>
Set up and operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment in studio and on location</li><li>
Manage and organize video and photo assets, releases, and departmental files</li><li>
Support pre-production and post-production processes, including planning, coordination, and editing</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute creative briefs and deliver content aligned to brand guidelines</li><li>
Contribute to broader storytelling initiatives and creative projects across the organization</li><li>
Ensure content reflects brand standards, audience needs, and organizational priorities</li><li>
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality</li><li>
Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and production schedules</li><li>
Stay up-to-date on current on trends in video, photo, and youth-focused content to inform creative execution</li><li>
Coordinate with external photographers, videographers, editors, and creative partners as needed</li><li>
Provide photo and video support for executive communications, including projects involving the CEO and senior leadership team</li></ul><p>

SALARY RANGE: </b>$66,000 - $80,000</div><div>
This represents the present low and high end of the pay range for this position. This pay range is only applicable to NYC Metro-based employees, on a hybrid schedule. Actual pay will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
