Position Summary</h3>

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Conduct patient assessments to diagnose movement impairments and functional limitations.</li><li>
Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based physical therapy techniques.</li><li>
Provide hands-on therapy, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and mobility training.</li><li>
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and rehabilitation strategies.</li><li>
Track and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.</li><li>
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.</li><li>
Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy and participate in continuing education.</li><li>

Qualifications<ul><li>
Education: Doctorate or Master&rsquo;s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.</li><li>
Licensure: Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist</li><li>
Experience: Prior clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.</li><li>
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills.</li><li>
