The Fusion Security Specialist is responsible for creating a world-class experience while ensuring a safe and secure environment for the client and customers. As such, the Fusion Security Specialist must maintain a professional appearance, speak politely and in a clear tone, and provide the highest level of customer service to address, greet, and direct all personnel. A strong working knowledge of the rules, policies, and procedures for guests and general personnel at the client site is expected. As the primary point of contact for all safety and security issues, the Fusion Security Specialist leverages a thorough understanding of the rules, policies, and procedures applicable to those on the client site. The Fusion Security Specialist reports directly to the Site Manager.</p><p><b>
In this role, your responsibilities will be:</b></p><ul><li>
Monitor overall activity on the site to ensure a safe and secure environment</li><li>
Initiate investigations of security-related incidents</li><li>
Operate in a professional, business-centered environment where customer service, confidentiality, and integrity are held to a high standard</li><li>
Assist EMS or other officials during emergencies</li><li>
Professional experience in the areas of people and conflict management with tact and discretion, and the ability to function in stressful situations</li><li>
Must hold and maintain applicable state guard certifications and licenses</li></ul><p><b>
As a candidate, you must have:</b></p><ul><li>
Minimum 2 years of either military or law enforcement experience OR</li><li>
Associate&rsquo;s degree or higher in criminal justice or business management OR</li><li>
Minimum of 3 years of experience in physical security; 2+ years in a supervisory role</li><li>
Advanced safety certifications (EMT, CLSS-HC, etc.) preferred</li><li>
Proficient in iOS, macOS, PC operating systems on stationary and mobile devices</li></ul><p><b>

  Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:

   Proven experience in application security, API security, or cybersecurity roles
  </li>

   Strong understanding of microservices architecture and secure API development
  </li>
  <li>
   Hands-on experience with DevSecOps tools and practices (CI/CD security, SAST, DAST, etc.)
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of API security standards (OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, API gateways)
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with consent and identity management solutions
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  Preferred Qualifications:

<ul><li>Work closely with the General Manager to ensure that all employees are following policies and procedures</li><li>Responsible for maintaining the employee entrance, where applicable.</li><li>Keep track of all packages delivered through the employee entrance, excluding normal scheduled shipments.</li><li>Conducts Store physical security checks and makes recommendations for ways to prevent loss</li><li>Performs figure 8's in store and is constantly moving throughout store</li></ul><br>
Operations/ Safety<br>
<ul><li>Provide a visual presence at the entrance/exit through courteous and professional interaction with customers.</li><li>Conduct Safety Inspections and Communicates hazards to store management</li><li>Greets Customer as a Five Below associate</li></ul><p></p><p>
