</p><ul><li>Technical degree in HVAC, Refrigeration Technology, Mechanical Systems, or related field preferred.</li><li>Strong HVAC and refrigeration industry experience required, preferably in commercial or industrial HVAC equipment manufacturing or installation.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or technical environment preferred.</li><li>Solid understanding of refrigeration systems including compressors, coils, expansion devices, piping, and airflow systems.</li><li>Experience with copper piping, brazing, refrigeration circuit assembly, and leak prevention best practices.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, refrigeration schematics, and HVAC layouts.</li><li>Familiarity with custom equipment manufacturing or engineered-to-order products preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of safety, quality, and operational workflow principles.</li><li>Effective communication, conflict resolution, and team leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to make independent decisions and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency for reporting, scheduling, and documentation.</li><li>Experience working with ERP systems, production scheduling tools, or manufacturing systems preferred.</li><li>Adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement..</li><li>Ability to physically meet the following:</li></ul><p>
