The Physical Plant Services &ndash; Grounds Technician is responsible for assisting with the general maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment. The primary focus is on Grounds work. The Technician reports to the Supervisor, Physical Plant Services as part of the Financial and Administrative Services Division of the College. Physical Plant Services team members are scheduled to work 10 hours per day on a four-day per week schedule. Hours are generally 6:00 am &ndash; 4:30 pm and are flexible depending on college needs. Physical Plant Services – Grounds Technician

<div><div>As a Horticultural Technician and Outdoor Plant Care Specialist for Lyndale Plant Services you&rsquo;ll maintain and enhance commercial interior by meticulously caring for client&rsquo;s plant displays. You will assist with the watering and planting of exterior pots and plant beds, as well as being a Horticulture Technician for the warehouse.

Your success will be determined by your ability to provide consistent quality results, your level of reliability and dependability, and a capability to work well with your team (and individually) while maintaining an attitude of enthusiasm and pride. We&rsquo;re looking for a full-time professional who is looking to develop themselves within the industry or one who is already an expert in the field.

Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
The route allocated to you will be repeated on a weekly or biweekly basis.</li><li>
When you arrive you will be checking in with our client and then servicing the plant displays at that location, which includes watering, cleaning, pruning/trimming, fertilizing and pest control.</li><li>
You will then make notes of what plants need replacing, check out with the client and move on to the next account.</li><li>
Each account will be different and could have large trees, atrium spaces, vertical green walls or small flowering desk displays.</li><li>
Assist in watering exterior plants according to established schedules and guidelines.</li><li>
Perform basic maintenance tasks such as pruning, deadheading, and removing debris from plant beds and pots as needed.</li><li>
Work closely with the team to coordinate watering efforts and ensure consistency in plant care.</li></ul><div> 
Be willing to adjust watering schedules and tasks based on changing weather conditions and plant needs.

Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
A love of plants and excellent customer service skills and self-confidence are a must.</li><li>
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift/carry materials up to 30lbs on a regular and consistent basis, move about the work site.</li><li>
Exposed to exterior elements (i.e. pollen, chemicals, cold and heat etc.). Requires extended periods of activity including walking, standing, kneeling, bending and lifting up to 100% of a workday.</li><li>
As the role requires you to drive every day between our clients sites this position requires a valid driver&rsquo;s license (free of DUI).</li><li>
Have a reliable vehicle to commute between accounts and to our Bloomington, MN location.</li><li>

DEPCOM Power Inc. is searching for a Plant Services Analyst. This position could be based out of our headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ or Houston, TX, Wichita, KS or Birmingham, AL.
As a Plant Services Analyst, you will play a crucial role ensuring effective administration of our operations and maintenance business for our solar and battery portfolio. You will be responsible for implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability of the business, partnering to improve Plant Services knowledge systems, and supporting our field and operations teams to maximize contributions and efficiencies. Your communication, collaboration, analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in providing a quality service to our customers and helping DEPCOM Services maximize value.

You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to maximizing the performance of DEPCOM Power's solar and battery storage power plants and providing excellent customer service. The team consists of experienced professionals in plant operations, maintenance, performance engineering, and data analysis. Together, you will work towards achieving the highest standards of operational excellence and sustainability in the renewable energy sector.

What You Will Do
<ul><li>Develop and leverage strong partnerships and communication to create durable processes that serve business needs; often partnering with supply chain, accounting &amp; finance, HSSE, etc.
</li><li>Support commercial contracting activities, maintaining contract databases, and partnering with business leadership to administer and ensure contract compliance and awareness
</li><li>Identify and follow through on opportunities to develop, improve, and/or automate knowledge systems with efficiency, such as plant performance or financial dashboards, reporting, databases, etc.
</li><li>Serve as the primary liaison between field and corporate resources, including support with client communications and employee appreciation
