QUALIFICATIONS:

Summary:

Overview: 
The Plant HR Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support within a manufacturing plant. This role encompasses administrative HR tasks, recruitment coordination, payroll support, employee relations, and compliance with Saudi labor regulations. The position is key to ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting plant leadership, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Coordinate and manage administrative HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding of plant personnel</li><li>
Maintain and update employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information</li><li>
Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management; conduct monthly audits of work leaves and absences</li><li>
Handle employee benefits administration, including medical insurance, GOSI, WPS, MHRSD, Qiwa, and Mudad processes</li><li>
Assist with performance appraisal processes, training records, and employee development initiatives</li><li>
