The ideal candidate will have experience in Acid clean panels, Plasma clean, and Coverlay lamination operator to have different material bonded together under heat and pressure. Must maintain the work area in a safe environment. <b>The shift hours will be 2pm to 10:30pm (PST).</b></div>
Responsibilities:

Immediately report all quality issues with panels to supervisor.</li><li>

Ensures accuracy of unit labeling by verifying the pre-printed label matches the dynamic label.</p></li><li><p>
Utilize sterile technique to draw samples and use heat sealer to assure the sterility and quality of plasma unit samples per SOPs.</p></li><li><p>
May ensure samples and units are packed and shipped in accordance with SOPs and center procedures. Prepares shipping and unit disposal documentation.</p></li><li><p>

<ul><li>You will answer phones, and greet and focus on our donors, while ensuring the safety of donors and our team.</li><li>You will screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.</li><li>You will use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.</li><li>You will help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures.</li><li>You will be there for our donors, which includes working a variety of shifts, Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays.</li></ul><br>
What you bring to Takeda:<br>

<div></div><div>The Machine Operator sets up and operates metal fabricating machines, such as brakes, rolls, shears, saws, and presses, to cut, bend, straighten, and form metal plates, sheets, and structural shapes according to blueprints and specifications.</div>

<div></div><div><b>Position Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Reads and interprets blueprints, engineering specifications, and shop orders to determine machine setup, production methods, and sequence of operation.</li>
<li>Selects, positions, and secures dies, blades, cutters, and fixtures onto machine, using rule, square, shims, templates, hand tools, and built-in gauges.</li>
<li>Positions and clamps stops, guides, and turntables.</li>
<li>Adjusts controls to set and regulate machining factors, such as pressure and depth of ram stroke, adjustment rolls, blade angle, and machine speed.</li>
<li>Locates and marks bending or cutting lines and reference points on work piece, using instruments, such as rule and compass, or by tracing from templates.</li>
<li>Positions work piece against stops and guides or aligns layout marks with dies or cutting blades manually or using hoist.</li>
<li>Starts machine and observes machine operation to reposition work piece, change dies, or adjust machine settings for multiple or successive passes.</li>
<li>May set up and operate sheet-metal fabricating machines only and be designated Sheet-Metal-Fabricating-Machine Operator (any industry).</li>
</ul><div><b>Required Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Prior work experience in machine operation in an industrial setting, with preference given to demonstrated experience using: Band Saw, 3/8 capacity CNC Metal Shear, brake press and CNC Plasma table.</li>
<li>US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.</li>
<li>Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check</li>
</ul><div><b>Desired Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Ability to work either day or evening shift.</li>
<li>High School diploma/GED or more education</li>
<li>Personal Protective Equipment knowledge.</li>
<li>How to effectively use the following measuring devices: Tape measure, micrometer, calipers, square, level, and angle finder.</li>

<li>Ability to safely operate a forklift.</li>
<li>Ability and knowledge to rig properly and safely run an overhead-style crane.</li>
<li>Technical competence including understanding software, hardware, networks, etc.</li>
