Qualifications</b><p>
A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree involving major study in economics, accounting, business or public administration, finance, social sciences, engineering, law or related field and <b>three</b> (3) years of professional research or analysis experience with an institution engaged primarily in regulatory matters; or two years as a Regulatory Analyst 1 or equivalent.</p><ul><li>
Research analysis experience in other capacities may be accepted.</li><li>
An advanced degree in one of the fields listed above will substitute for one year of the desired experience.</li></ul><p><b>
Skills and Abilities</b></p><ul><li>
Ability to perform complex research and analysis of rates, operations and service of regulated utility companies</li><li>
Ability to collaborate with attorneys, other analysts, staff and external experts</li><li>
