THE OPPORTUNITY</b></p>

The Portfolio Analyst role is responsible for monitoring the performance of borrowers, identifying deviations from expected performance, and raising credit concerns to the portfolio team. The Portfolio Analyst should strive to understand the client&rsquo;s operating performance and needs, and work to build strong working relationships both internally and externally.</p>

The Portfolio Analyst role in Commercial Real Estate directly supports the Bank&rsquo;s commercial banking clients and interfaces regularly with this valued client base. Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Analysts should strive to communicate professionally, problem-solve effectively and participate in a team dedicated to providing clients with an excellent customer experience. SALARY RANGE</b></p>
<p>
The full-time base salary range for this position is $68,000.00 - $74,000.00 USD a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.</p>

</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field, with 2 to 5 years of experience,
</p></li><li><p>In-depth knowledge of Power Platforms, specific to the tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, expertise in modifying and creating complex DAX Components.
</p></li><li><p>Experience connecting real time data sources and managing operational analysis.
</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience in data modeling, creating and monitoring business KPIs with respect to portfolio management.
</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills, with a background in data analysis and management.
</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various business stakeholders within complex organization and across various domains and diverse regions and cultures.
</p></li><li><p>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
</p></li><li><p>Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
