This position will have specific emphasis placed on conducting remote and onsite testing for wind generation projects, solar generation projects, conventional generation projects, and energy storage projects in accordance with different ISO (ERCOT, PJM, etc.) and NERC requirements.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Ability to perform remote and onsite commissioning and/or compliance testing for conventional and renewable generation projects.</li><li>

Qualifications:

Experience performing one or more of the following studies: Power Flow Studies, Transient Stability Studies, Dynamic Modeling, etc.</li><li>

This role will support engineering, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical protection systems for industrial, utility, and infrastructure power distribution projects.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Design and develop <b>protection and control schemes</b> for electrical power distribution systems.</li><li>Perform <b>relay protection studies</b>, coordination studies, and fault analysis.</li><li>Create and review <b>relay settings</b>, one-line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, and protection logic.</li><li>Support engineering design for <b>MV/LV switchgear</b>, breaker protection, bus protection, transformer protection, and feeder protection.</li><li>Configure, test, and commission protection relays (SEL, ABB, GE, Siemens relays, etc.).</li><li>Support <b>factory acceptance testing (FAT)</b> and <b>site acceptance testing (SAT)</b> for switchgear and protection systems.</li><li>Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for relay operations or equipment faults.</li><li>Provide technical support to internal project teams and external customer stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards such as <b>IEEE, IEC, NEC, and NESC</b>.</li><li>Prepare technical reports, documentation packages, and commissioning checklists.</li><li>Participate in customer meetings and provide technical presentations as needed.</li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in <b>Electrical Engineering</b> or related field.</li><li><b>5+ years of experience</b> in protection engineering and power systems.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with <b>switchgear systems (MV/LV)</b>.</li><li>Proficiency with protection relays, settings development, and testing procedures.</li></ul><p><i><b>Please note that applicants should answer the pre-screening questions to be considered for this position</b></i></p><p><i><b>THOSE WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY SHOULD APPLY.
