The QA Case Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that pre-litigation cases are worked correctly, consistently, and in accordance with firm standards. This position exists to identify issues early, prevent downstream problems, and protect case value. 
The QA Case Manager carries a reduced personal caseload and provides advisory quality assurance review to other case managers. The role does not include formal supervisory authority.
