   Collaborates with other teachers and shares knowledge and resources that enhance the educational process and benefit student learning

   Uses strong communication skills in verbal, written, and nonverbal communication

   Participates in the preschool evaluation process to help identify children who may have special needs and prepares evaluation team reports (ETR)

Desirable Qualifications</b></p><p>
1. Experience with problem-solving through data-based decision-making. 2. Experience in developing academic and behavioral interventions. 3. Experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.</p><p>
4. Background in learning and behavior management.</p><p>
5. Experience with training and monitoring the implementation of a variety of research-based programs.</p><p>
6. Ability to develop and to maintain acceptable relationships with school staff. 7. Ability to clearly express ideas and concepts verbally and in writing.</p><p>
8. Knowledge of special education law.</p><p>
9. Knowledge and experience in working with students with disabilities.</p><p>
