</b></div><div>Under the general direction of OQ8 CEO, the Chief Commercial leads, plans and executes the complete commercial/sales/business related tasks of OQ8 refinery , and oversee Commercial which includes crude supply and product offtake contracts, planning and scheduling and Supply Chain Management (No n hydrocarbon Procurement, Contract &amp; Inventory) in addition this position will be jointly responsible for Risk Managing OQ8s refinery margin and inventory pricing risks. The Chief Commercial is also accountable for the end-to-end supply chain management both hydrocarbon (Commercial and new business development activities) and non-hydrocarbon (SCM - Contracts &amp; Procurement).
