 For a Professional of relevant work experience with expertise in EBS and Fusion SAAS application specially the EPM track who can work on a range of projects including Oracle EPM

 Technical specialist handling tasks ranging from building integrations from the ground up, troubleshooting on existing technical solutions and offering advisory and pre-sales expertise, responsible for requirement gathering, CRP workshops, design, configuration, fast formula writing, testing, parallel payroll run strategy and execution

 Minimum 7 + years of experience in Oracle PBCS&nbsp;
 
 
 We are looking for a Oracle PBCS Consultant with a strong expertise and experience.&nbsp;
 
 
 Should have worked on a Minimum of 4 end-to-end Oracle PBCS implementations&nbsp;
 
 
 Should have strong Middle East experience.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;Provide subject matter expertise in finance transformation initiatives involving both modern EPM Cloud.
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;Collaborate with finance and business teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and design budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes.
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;Translate business needs into solution blueprints and implementation plans aligned with Oracle best practices.
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;Facilitate design workshops, solution demos, and fit-gap analysis with client stakeholders.
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;Guide data integration needs from a functional perspective in collaboration with technical teams.
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;Support the transition from Hyperion to Oracle EPM Cloud through gap analysis, change management, and process optimization.
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;Validate solution design, test strategy, and reporting outputs to ensure business satisfaction.
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;Act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and client leadership.
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;Oracle Certified Specialist in EPM Cloud is an added advantage.
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;Demonstrated success in leading functional design and solution delivery across multiple full lifecycle EPM implementations.
 
 
 &bull;&nbsp;Ability to define chart of accounts structures, planning hierarchies, business rules, and reporting dimensions.
 
 
 1.	Should have pre-sales knowledge on application demonstration to customers, requirement review and solutioning and effort estimation.&nbsp;
 
 
 1.	Should train juniors to develop a resource pool for the Oracle EPM Practice.
 
 
 * Understanding of EPM implementation methodologies (e.g., Oracle Unified Method &ndash; OUM/CAS OUM).
