Qualifications 
Must-have:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.</li><li>
Significant experience (typically 8&ndash;12+ years) in product management or software engineering with substantial product ownership, including experience working on platform or infrastructure products.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in large, ambiguous, multi‑team environments with shared ownership and complex dependencies.</li><li>
Strong technical depth in cloud platforms, distributed systems, or AI/ML infrastructure, with the ability to engage credibly with senior engineers and architects.</li><li>

About the Role
As Principal Product Manager, Transportation, you own the product strategy and execution for the technology that drives Veho's first and middle mile shipments. Your portfolio spans the full TMS suite: First and Middle-Mile Execution, Lane Setup and Management, Carrier Management and Integration, Shipment Tracking, and Check-In/Check-Out processes.
This role sits at the intersection of complex logistics and high-scale software. You will partner tightly with Network Optimization, Under the Roof Product, Finance, and Transportation Operations. Your success will be measured by network-wide cost-per-package mile, on-time arrival (OTA), and linehaul utilization.<ul><li>You are a builder, not just a delegator. You prototype, use AI tools, and ship solutions yourself &mdash; and you design for simplicity because operator adoption is the only metric that matters for tooling.</li><li>You think in systems. A delay in a middle-mile leg affects facility labor staffing, which affects driver launch times. You translate that into product requirements that engineers can build and operators can execute.</li><li>You are an exceptional communicator with high ownership. Qualifications 
A bit about you:<ul><li>
You are an experienced product manager (5+ years) who has solved complex customer-facing problems at global scale, ideally in fintech.</li><li>
You have experience with AI/ML-powered products - whether building conversational experiences, recommendation systems, or other AI-first features. You understand the unique challenges of shipping non-deterministic products (LLMs, evaluation, guardrails, iteration loops).</li><li>
