We're looking for a Principal Data Engineer to join our Data Practice and own the technical direction of our iGaming data engineering capability. You'll work with some of the world's largest betting and gaming operators &mdash; organisations processing hundreds of millions of events per day across sportsbook, casino, exchange, and lottery platforms.

A Principal at Create Future operates above the delivery line as well as within it. You'll define how we solve the hardest data engineering problems in iGaming: petabyte-scale migrations from legacy on-premises estates, sub-millisecond event pipelines, settlement reconciliation at bookmaker scale, and the data foundations that keep operators compliant with gambling regulators globally.

You'll influence the shape of engagements from pre-sales through to delivery, grow the engineering talent around you, and be a recognisable voice for Create Future in the iGaming market.

Principal Data Engineer

Data Science and clinical intelligence are revolutionising healthcare, offering opportunities for continuous clinical improvement as well as more personalised care. In this senior role, you will lead on the delivery and continued improvement of MFT’s data management platform and services.
 
We’ll look to your expertise in developing and expanding our data platforms, with a particular focus on our Trust data warehouse (Epic Caboodle) . You will also lead on the specification and development of dataflows, models, automation, and reports, ensuring we deliver a first-class service to the Trust.
 
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to gain experience in one of the largest Trusts in Europe with Epic EPR.
 
On-site working (Trafford House, Wythenshawe) will be required in some form.

<div>Most engineers get to use large language models. You will get to build the systems that run them in production, at scale, under real latency and reliability constraints, for one of the most recognised names in application security and traffic management.
Our client is expanding its AI Core group and is looking for a Senior or Staff AI &amp; ML Engineer in the UK. This is hands-on, build-focused work at the centre of how the business turns generative AI from a prototype into a dependable product. You will design and ship multi-agent systems, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, anomaly detection, fine-tuned models, and the real-time inference layer that serves them.
If you want ownership over a serving stack rather than a single notebook, and you want your work measured by what holds up in production rather than what demos well, this is the seat.
What you will own<ul><li>Building and shipping generative AI features end to end: from model selection and fine-tuning through to the inference path that serves them.</li><li>Designing multi-agent and RAG architectures, and anomaly detection, that are accurate, observable, and cost-aware at scale.</li><li>Owning the real-time inference layer on Triton and TensorRT, optimising for latency, throughput, and GPU efficiency.</li><li>Standing up the surrounding microservices in Python and FastAPI, containerised and orchestrated for reliability.</li><li>Setting the technical bar: making architecture decisions, raising code quality, and mentoring engineers around you.</li><li>Partnering with research and product teams to take ideas from experiment to a service customers depend on.</li></ul>
