Works closely with quality control specialists and addresses all issues regarding quality standards.</li><li>

Troubleshoots import file and requests new files as needed.</li><li>
Installs and monitors the Virtual Plaster Experience (VPX) system and report issues to management.</li><li>
Imports cases using relevant design system (i.e. 3shape) and records reasons for print model work orders.</li><li>
Provides technical support and maintenance on printing machines.</li><li>
Ensures efficient workflow and operation of printing machines and troubleshoots issues in a timely manner.</li><li>
Recognizes and reports problem cases or cases that need additional work.
</li><li>Prepares equipment and materials (resin, alcohol).</li><li>
Relies on technical knowledge to make decisions and accomplish departmental goals.

Job Summary:
Perform skilled work to completion on various digital print bindery finishing equipment. Provide technical support in all areas of production and assist the team as needed. 
Job Duties:<ul><li>
Operate and maintain standard digital bindery/finishing equipment (cutter, folder, creaser, etc.).</li><li>
Assist with operation and maintenance for Konica Minolta high-speed production, Riso Inkjet, and Oki printers and/or presses.</li><li>
Assist other print and bindery technicians as needed.</li><li>
Helps review work orders and finished products to ensure accuracy, quality standards, and completion requirements are met.</li><li>
Identifies production issues and communicates them to supervisors or team members in a timely manner.</li><li>
Delivers and/or retrieves material for print/graphics as needed.</li><li>
Assists in the loading/unloading of materials from a vehicle.</li><li>
Maintains vehicle mileage logbook on a daily basis and keeps up with scheduled maintenance on vehicles.</li><li>
Keeps supply of paper stocks in order; counts and moves paper material at off-site warehouse and printing production area.</li><li>
Provides inventory counts as needed throughout the year to ensure that paper additions and allocations are made correctly in the print management system.</li><li>
Follows all safety procedures related to bindery equipment, vehicles, and material handling.</li><li>
Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.</li><li>
Performs related duties as required.</li></ul>

Working Environment/Equipment:
Standard digital, large-format printing, bindery, and reproduction operation environments. May be exposed to chemicals (Blanket wash, plate cleaners, and alcohol). The position requires standing for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift, move, and stack paper and materials up to 50 lbs. May need to work occasional overtime or adjust schedule to meet production deadlines. 
Salary Range:
Actual salary commensurate with experience. 
Work Schedule:
On-site, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and as needed on occasion.
