Apple&rsquo;s Privacy Legal Team is seeking a Senior Privacy Counsel to lead a team of attorneys supporting Apple&rsquo;s privacy compliance. You will be responsible for advising and providing support on privacy related topics for Apple&rsquo;s various products and services and working alongside legal, engineering and business teams. This role will be on the Privacy Legal team that supports teams working on Apple&rsquo;s Wallet, Payments &amp; Commerce initiatives, our Retail and Online Stores, and AppleCare efforts and more. You will provide strategic advice on emerging privacy laws, trends and issues. You will also lead and mentor a highly skilled team of lawyers, promoting the Legal department&rsquo;s culture of high-performance and collaboration. You will work closely with incredible colleagues across the company and have opportunities to engage with the senior leadership of the company.<br>

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $236,800 and $355,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.<br>

Partner with Ashby&rsquo;s Product Team and individual Product Managers to provide proactive legal advice on new products and features, particularly those involving AI and candidate data, addressing areas such as privacy, PII handling, transparency, bias mitigation, and anti-discrimination/equal opportunity.</p></li><li><p>
Own privacy compliance, including global DPA playbooks, privacy policy updates, and working with our DSAR team to streamline responses to data subject requests.</p></li><li><p>

Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>
